AV/Classroom Technology Services provides WSU Vancouver faculty, staff, and students with Audio Visual equipment and training. If you are unfamiliar with the operation of equipment you plan to use, we will gladly show you how to use it. Please Email us or call 546-9440 several days in advance if possible so that we can work out a time to meet.

In addition, we are available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday for emergency support. To maintain the equipment and provide the best possible service, we appreciate your assistance in reporting any difficulties, bulb failures, or other equipment failures so that we may fix the problem quickly.

Equipment Requests

Equipment may be requested through our online request form. In order to ensure availability of equipment, please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance of your needs. A confirmation will be sent to you via email. You will also be notified if the equipment requested is not available.
