Printing
To print in the labs, you first need to put money on your student I.D. card, either through the cashier in the Student Services building or online through myWSU. Prices below are per page for one-sided prints and per side for two-sided prints.
- Black and white printing: $.05 per page
- Color printing (LB 102 lab only): $.40 per page
- Black and white copies (Library copy room only): $.05 per page
If you do not have a student I.D. card, you may get a print card from the Library circulation desk. Add value to print cards using the re-value stations, located in the library (near the reference desk) or the CL 218 lab.
Instructional Labs
The computer labs in the Classroom building, MMC building, and Undergraduate Classroom building are scheduled by the Registrar's office. The computers in these labs contain software similar to what is available in the student computer labs, though there are some differences.
The computers in VMMC 111 are Macintosh computers that only run Mac OS X. The classrooms also have instructional podiums with computers and document cameras that feed into ceiling-mounted projectors.
Other Labs
Several other labs are located around campus. These labs are maintained by their respective departments.
Library open area: Located in the main room of the Library, these computers are available to everyone but lack some of the specialized software available in the student labs.
Engineering and Computer Science labs: Several rooms on the first and second floor of the Engineering and Computer Science building contain computers for classes or lab use. These rooms are only available to students in ENCS classes.
